A LITTLE HELP, WHEN YOU NEED IT

We’re here for your orbit.

How do I try Xenia?

Join the waitlist with your name and email. The team selects small groups to try the iPhone app through TestFlight. If selected, you’ll receive an invitation with installation instructions. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a particular invitation date.

What does being a beta tester involve?

Use Xenia with your everyday relationships and share what works and what doesn’t. Your invitation will explain the testing period and a follow-up survey. You decide whether to accept the invitation.

Does Xenia send messages to my contacts?

The current app helps you remember people and find possible introductions. You decide whom to reach out to and how. Xenia does not automatically send an introduction to the people in your constellation.

Where are my relationship notes stored?

On your iPhone. AI features send content to external services for processing, and some account and usage data is held by the backend. Read the privacy policy draft for the details.

How do I change or remove information?

You can delete individual people or notes in the app, or use its local data reset. Those controls erase local relationship data. Server-side account deletion is a separate process that must be completed for launch.

Email support@getxenia.app to leave the waitlist, ask what information is held about you, or get help. Server-side account deletion is handled by hand for now.

I have feedback or found a bug.

Email support@getxenia.app, or reply to your beta invitation. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and your iPhone model and iOS version. Avoid sending personal relationship notes or screenshots containing other people’s details.
