1. Joining the waitlist
When you join, we store your first name, last name, email address, and the optional reason you provide. We also record the submission time and the version of the signup notice. Please avoid including sensitive information about yourself or other people in your answer.
These details are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database. The Xenia team uses them to manage the waitlist, select beta cohorts, and contact you about Xenia. Joining does not guarantee a TestFlight invitation. Submitting the form sends a notification to Xenia’s operator so she can follow up; it does not enroll you in a beta, and you are not added to a marketing list.
This website does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting platform (Cloudflare) may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.
2. Notes about your people
The current iPhone app stores relationship profiles and notes locally on your device. Xenia’s app backend does not keep a central database of that note or profile content.
Local storage does not mean all processing stays on your phone. When you use AI features, the app sends content for processing as described below. Keep notes considerate and relevant, and only add information you have a right to use.
3. AI and voice processing
- Anthropic: relevant notes and profile information are sent through Xenia’s Cloudflare proxy for organizing information and answering questions. A search may include the people and notes in your constellation.
- OpenAI: online voice capture sends audio for transcription. An on-device Apple speech fallback may be available when offline, depending on the device and operating system.
- Cloudflare: operates the app’s request proxy and the website infrastructure.
AI results can be incomplete or inaccurate. You can review the app’s suggestions and decide whether an introduction makes sense. Provider-side processing and retention depend on the applicable service terms and account configuration; this draft does not promise zero retention by those providers.

4. Account and usage information
The current beta uses Google sign-in. Xenia’s backend processes a provider user identifier and stores the sign-in email with the session, currently set to expire after 90 days. The app also sends usage events and operational measurements, such as feature counts, response times, and errors, associated with an identifier. Daily request counters help limit API use.
Usage analytics are intended to exclude your actual relationship notes and tag content. The current beta does not offer a telemetry opt-out. Public-launch disclosures and consent controls still need to be completed in the app.
5. Keeping and deleting information
You can delete people and notes in the app and use its local data reset. Removing local files is separate from deleting server-side account metadata or usage records. Uninstalling the app does not itself request deletion of those server-side records.
Retention periods for waitlist submissions and app telemetry are not yet fixed, and server-side account deletion is not yet automated. To have your waitlist details deleted, or to ask what is held about you, email support@getxenia.app and it will be handled by hand.
Once beta invitations are sent, you can reply to the team to ask to leave the waitlist. No signup details are automatically transferred into an app account.
6. Changes and contact
We will revise this page as the product and its privacy practices change. Material changes should be explained before new processing starts.
